| There is no concrete evidence that any OSFAD (one-size-fits-all diet) plan. This means one pattern of the diet cannot be suggested to every patient of the psoriasis. However, Burdock, milk thistle, yellow dock, mountain grape, sarsaparilla, red clover, Goa powder, and masterwort. Vitamins, minerals and herbal products such as roots are good. Celery, carrots, citrus, figs, fennel, and parsnips can be taken before getting exposed to tender sunglight early in the morning. You should or limit red meat; eat plenty of fresh fruits/vegetables daily; reduce dairy products; don't smoke or drink; avoid foods high in fat or sugar. |
